Our fees are based on AMA recommended fees. We do not bulk bill. Aged pensioners and Health Care card holders will be charged a reduced consulting fee. Please check with Reception to clarify fees, if in doubt. Should a procedure be done on the day of your 1st consultation then additional fees would be payable. If tissue or other specimens are sent to Pathology, the Pathologists will charge you a separate fee.
Currently, we accept Department of Veteran Affairs Gold card as full payment of fees due.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $100 cancellation fee. This helps us accommodate other patients waiting for an appointment.
Northern Beaches Dermatology is located on the corner of Bungan Street & Mona Vale Road in Mona Vale in the tall building (20 Bungan Street).
Take the elevator to Level 3 and we are located on the 3rd Floor in Suite 304.
We have parking facilities available on-site for your convenience.
Parking :
Limited parking is available in the basement of the building on CP2 (top level) in allocated VISITOR PARKING areas.
The car park is accessible from Bungan Lane entered from Waratah Street. Alternatively, you can walk from the Woolworths’ 3 hour car park.
We value your time and strive to provide the best possible service. If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another patient on our waiting list.
Cancellations made without at least 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a confirmed appointment, can incur a $100 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
